1. How do I stream the sermon recordings?
To stream the high quality sermon recordings click the play icon on the gray flash player. Depending on your internet connection, it may take up to several minutes before the recording starts to play. Users with DSL connections may also have to wait a few seconds before playback. To stream the low quality sermon recordings via Windows Media Player left click the Download Low web link and wait for Windows Media Player to automatically open.
2. How long are the sermon recordings?
Typically, most sermons are between 30-45 minutes in length.
3. How do I download the sermon recordings to my computer?
To download and save a sermon, right click on either the Download High web link or the Download Low web link, then follow these specific instructions for your web browser:
Internet Explorer: right click "Save Target As..."
Firefox: right click "Save Link As...".
Safari: right click "Download Linked File As..."
Chrome: right click "Save link as..."
4. How large are the sermon files?
The low quality sermons are normally around 4 MB and the high quality sermons can range from around 20-30 MB. Make sure you check how much disk space you have before downloading anything to your computer.
5. How do I burn sermon recordings onto a CD?

6. How do I know whether to choose the high quality or low quality recording?
For Windows:
Your internet connection speed will determine which is best for you to listen. Those using dial-up are recommended to listen to the low quality sermon recordings and those using DSL are recommended to listen to the high quality sermon recordings.
For Mac:
Mac users are recommended to listen to the high quality sermons which are Mac-friendly MP3 files. If you wish to stream or download the low quality sermons, you must download a component from Microsoft which allows playback through Apple's Quicktime. Click here to go to the Microsoft download site.
7. I own a Mac, can I still listen to the sermon recordings?
Yes! We recommend Mac listeners listen to the high quality sermon recordings which are MP3 files. To listen to the low quality sermons, you must download a component from Microsoft which allows playback through Apple's Quicktime. Click here to go to the Microsoft download site.
8. I do not have Windows Media Player, how do I get it?

9. When I stream a sermon by listening via the flash player, what quality am I listening to?
The high quality MP3 version. That is why it may take several moments before playback begins.
10. Why does it take a really long time to load the sermon recordings?
You may be trying to listen to the high quality sermon recording with a low internet connection speed. Try listening to the low quality sermons.
11. Can I access the sermon recordings from my iPad, iPhone, iTouch, or other mobile device?
Yes! Most devices will allow you to listen to the high quality or low quality sermon. However, all Apple devices running Apple's iOS will not be able to stream content through the embedded Flash Player. In addition, all Android users must download the Adobe Flash Player App from the Android Marketplace to stream through the Flash Player. No other devices are guarenteed to be able to play the content and each case will depend on your carrier, plan, and phone. Remember, additional data rates may apply while accessing content through your phone or 3G enabled iPad.
12. I do not see a player on my computer; only the "download/stream high" and "download/stream low" options. Isn't there supposed to be an instant player?
Yes, there is. However, if you do not have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer, you will not be able to see the player and will be forced to revert to those options listed above. If you would like Adobe Flash Player, you may download it for free by clicking here. If you are accessing this site from an iPad, iPhone, iTouch, or any other smart phone, refer to question 11.
13. Is there anyway I can be instantly notified when a new sermon recording is posted?
Currently there isn't. However the good news is, we are in the process of creating a podcast channel through Apple's iTunes which will allow your computer to automatically download new sermons whenever they are published! More details to come.
